Connections Family Center is designed to provide comprehensive programs that provide wraparound services with a multi-faceted approach.
We offer programs and services to all people with all ability levels. We specialize in serving youth and families as well as seniors. Our programs include:

- Referrals to senior employment services
- Community referrals
- Trips & Tours
By providing support through all stages of a child’s development leading up to and including complete integration into a traditional school system, parents and their children will benefit from evidence-based practices and methods that model behavior, build a peer support system, and provide quality care and services.
Inclusion means more than including people with disabilities. It also means people of all ages. Our Senior Services provides senior employment services and referrals to other community resources. Connections Family Center is proud to offer this service to our senior population.
Connections Family Center is a division of UCP of Stanislaus. With over 30 years of experience, we bring professional and compassionate service specializing in care for people with all abilities and all ages.

Modesto Nuts Fans

Special Needs
We welcome all children, young and old, and senior adults to our programs regardless of their abilities. If a child is receiving unique or one-on-one services at school, we will do our best to provide similar services.
